CHAN Jia Hui

Chan Jia Hui is a Partner in the Antitrust & Competition, Corporate Regulatory & Licensing, and Financial Services Regulatory Practices at WongPartnership, specialising in Banking and Finance Law with a focus on financial services regulation and competition law. He advises on all substantive prohibitions under the Competition Act, including anti-competitive agreements, abuse of dominance, and merger control issues, and regularly oversees multi‑jurisdictional reviews of merger control, foreign investment, and other regulatory issues arising from cross‑border transactions.

In the financial services regulatory space, he advises banks and other non‑bank financial institutions on licensing, change of control approvals, AML/CFT obligations, outsourcing, and conduct of business requirements. He has also handled regulatory aspects of cross‑border transactions, including merger control and foreign investment reviews.
