Chia Wan Lu

Chia Wan Lu (谢宛汝) is an Associate Director at the firm, focusing on Wills and Trusts and mental capacity matters. She was called to the Singapore Bar in 2020 and has since handled a range of high-stakes disputes.

Her practice spans banking, shareholder disputes, employment and insolvency, and she has developed a specialisation in mental capacity matters, particularly those involving elements of probate and trusts. She has also worked on several disputes involving fraud and breaches of fiduciary duties, and has substantial cross-examination experience.

Clients value her ability to understand their concerns and objectives before delivering decisive advice, and colleagues appreciate her calm and measured approach under pressure. She is actively involved in pro bono work, acting for accused persons and assisting at legal clinics.

Wan Lu holds an LL.B. from Singapore Management University. Outside of law, she enjoys floorball, pickleball, badminton, weightlifting and training for Hyrox, and volunteers at dog shelters.
