Clayton Chong is a Partner in the Restructuring & Insolvency and Special Situations Advisory Practices at WongPartnership, specialising in bankruptcy and insolvency law, cross‑border restructuring, and special situations advisory. He focuses on formal and out‑of‑court cross‑border restructurings, acting for debtors and key lenders in high‑value restructuring transactions and advising on insolvency aspects of complex financial arrangements.

Clayton has deep experience across the full spectrum of restructuring and insolvency matters, including advising stakeholders on debt restructuring, schemes of arrangement, and liquidation proceedings. His practice combines legal expertise with commercial pragmatism to deliver effective solutions in complex and high‑stakes situations.

Clayton holds an LL.B. (Hons) from Singapore Management University and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
