Eugene Quek

Eugene Quek is a Senior Associate at Harry Elias Partnership, focusing on Criminal Law. His practice areas are dispute resolution, financial crime and international arbitration.

Eugene regularly advises individuals and companies in civil and commercial disputes, including criminal defence, shareholder conflicts and construction litigation. He adopts a results-driven approach and handles complex matters with clarity, precision and strategic insight.

In civil and commercial litigation, he has successfully represented clients in claims involving fraudulent misrepresentation, conspiracy and harassment. He has also acted for clients in interlocutory applications, including injunctions and production of documents, securing positive outcomes for clients.

His criminal defence work spans both white-collar crimes such as corruption and securities offences and general criminal matters such as drug-related and traffic offences. He is also prosecuting counsel for the Energy Market Authority.

Outside of work, Eugene volunteers on the rules and disciplinary committees of a local club and is a certified personal trainer. He holds an LLM in International Arbitration and Dispute Resolution from the National University of Singapore and an LLB (Hons) from the University of Manchester, and is a member of the Singapore Academy of Law and The Law Society of Singapore.
