Ho Soo Lih

Ho Soo Lih is the Co-Head of the Real Estate and Corporate Real Estate practice group at Drew & Napier, specializing in Real Estate Law. He advises private and public listed companies, financial institutions, developers, funds, and individuals on real estate transactions, including land tenders, joint ventures, share sale and purchases, real estate investment trusts, mortgagee sales, collective sales, and commercial and residential leases.

Soo Lih has been involved in numerous high‑value and complex transactions, including acting for an insurance conglomerate in the sale of a Grade A commercial building in the largest property transaction in Singapore for 2021, in excess of S$1.2 billion; advising a SGX mainboard‑listed property developer in the divestment of a property holding subsidiary owning a prime office building for S$500 million; advising a Hong Kong fund on the acquisition of commercial real estate in Singapore's central business district in partnership with a Singapore‑listed REIT for a value in excess of S$500 million; and acting for a Singapore listed company in its S$480 million sale of commercial and retail units to a property fund. He also routinely advises on hotel management, property investment, and management contracts, and has assisted clients with property acquisitions and disposals in Malaysia, Australia, China, and South Korea.

Soo Lih holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 1994. He is fluent in both English and Chinese.
