Kong Man Er

Kong Man Er is a Director in the Dispute Resolution practice at Drew & Napier, handling complex litigation and international arbitration proceedings across contract, tort, banking and finance, property law, equity and trusts, company law and shareholder disputes, insolvency, and the enforcement of arbitration agreements and awards.

She has successfully represented clients in high-stakes matters including setting aside and enforcing international arbitration awards, striking out multi-million dollar claims against Singapore-listed companies, and successfully resisting jurisdictional challenges. She also has significant experience in corporate, anti-money laundering and regulatory investigations, advising companies across the banking and financial services, transport, hospitality, construction and manufacturing industries on all aspects of investigations and regulatory enforcement.

Kong Man Er holds a First Class Honours LL.B from King's College London (2007) and a Bachelor of Civil Laws (BCL) from Oxford University (2008). She was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2011 and previously served as a Justices' Law Clerk and Assistant Registrar at the Supreme Court of Singapore.
