Lee Bik Wei

Lee Bik Wei is a Partner at Allen & Gledhill and Co‑Head of the Firm's White Collar & Investigations Practice, specialising in white collar crime, corporate investigations, regulatory compliance, and commercial litigation. She regularly advises clients on white‑collar, regulatory and compliance matters, corporate governance, and regulatory and corporate investigations, including matters involving criminal breach of trust, corruption, anti‑money laundering, market misconduct, mutual legal assistance, and employee misconduct, fraud, and corporate governance‑related issues.

Lee Bik Wei has acted for the liquidators of several related companies in Singapore High Court proceedings against a former director and his related companies under the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018; acted for a multinational company defrauded of more than US$200 million in a worldwide scam to recover more than US$135 million transferred to Singapore bank accounts; acted for Kong Hee in one of the longest‑running criminal prosecutions in Singapore; and acted for a commodities trading company in a high‑profile regulatory investigation by ACRA and MAS. She also has substantial experience in cross‑border joint venture disputes, corporate disputes including shareholder and directors' disputes, property and trust disputes, and contentious employment disputes.

She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and an LL.M. from New York University. She was called to the Singapore Bar in 2008. She is proficient in Mandarin and regularly advises Chinese clients.
