Marilyn Ho

Marilyn Ho is an Of Counsel in the Litigation and Dispute Management Practice Group at Harry Elias Partnership, focusing on Civil Litigation. She handles a broad range of litigation encompassing both civil and criminal matters.

She has represented clients at all levels of the Singapore Courts and has independently conducted numerous trials. Her areas of expertise include personal injury and property damage (PIPD), medical negligence, tenancy and contractual disputes, employment claims (WICA), contested and uncontested probate proceedings, deputyship and adoption applications, as well as estate planning. She is a regular speaker on topics such as Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs).

Marilyn is accredited as a mediator with the Singapore Mediation Centre and regularly advises and represents clients in negotiations and mediations, particularly in sensitive matters involving medical complaints, young children or deaths.

She also has experience in arbitration proceedings including matters under the SIAC Rules, and advises on a wide range of agreements and contracts.

Known for her pragmatic and client-centric approach, Marilyn focuses on resolving disputes efficiently, with a strong emphasis on achieving practical and effective outcomes. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Tasmania and is a member of the SIMC Specialist Mediator Panel, the Singapore Academy of Law and The Law Society of Singapore.
