Benjamin Soh

Benjamin Soh is a Senior Associate in the specialist Construction and Engineering Practice Group at Harry Elias Partnership, focusing on Construction Law.

Benjamin has accumulated specialised experience in construction and infrastructure, providing support across the full lifecycle of construction projects. He has represented various employers and contractors as both Claimant and Respondent in a broad range of disputes in the Singapore Courts and in arbitration proceedings under many of the leading institutional rules in the region, including ICC, SIAC and UNCITRAL. He also regularly handles statutory adjudication proceedings under Singapore’s Building and Construction Industry Security of Payments Act.

He has also advised developers, contractors and consultants on front-end construction work, including drafting engineering, procurement and construction contracts as well as supply agreements, executing project management strategies and assisting in contract administration, thereby adding value to the management of infrastructure projects.

His practice areas include construction and engineering. He holds an LLB from Singapore Management University and is a member of the Singapore Academy of Law and The Law Society of Singapore.
