Chester Su

Chester Su is an Associate Director in Drew & Napier's Construction & Engineering practice group, representing clients in the Singapore Courts, in international and domestic arbitrations, and in adjudications.

He has acted for clients across the construction chain including employers, main contractors and subcontractors on a wide range of construction issues, from private sector and PPP projects such as Marina One and the Punggol Digital District, to public sector projects including the Thompson East Coast Line, an Integrated Rail and Bus Depot, and Woodlands Hospital. Notable matters include acting for a consortium partner in an EPC contract dispute for combined-cycle power plants with claims and counterclaims in excess of USD 600 million; acting for a Thai Stock Exchange-listed company in an international arbitration against a leading air transport communications and IT giant on airport projects in Thailand with a claim exceeding USD 422 million; and acting for Tiong Seng Construction Pte Ltd in a High Court action concerning electrical works on an industrial factory project.

Chester holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2020.
