Christine Chan

Christine Chan is a Consultant in Allen & Gledhill’s Corporate Regulatory & Compliance Practice, specialising in corporate law. She advises companies, directors, and officers on the Singapore Companies Act, corporate governance, continuing disclosure obligations, interested person transactions, share incentive plans, and other compliance matters. She works closely with Singapore Exchange mainboard listed companies.

She routinely reviews developments in the regulatory framework and provides feedback on proposed changes to Singapore companies and securities law and listing rule amendments. She was a consulting editor to the 2016 publication, "Listing in Singapore: Corporate Governance Perspectives", and is listed as an expert in corporate governance in Who's Who Legal: M&A and Governance.

Christine holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 1981.
