Daniel Tan

Daniel Tan is a Counsel in the firm's Corporate Regulatory & Compliance practice, specialising in corporate law. His principal area of practice is corporate regulatory, governance and compliance, with a particular focus on companies listed on the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX‑ST).

He provides corporate regulatory and compliance advice on Singapore's Companies Act and Securities and Futures Act, the SGX‑ST Listing Manual, and the Code of Corporate Governance. He has assisted clients with continuing disclosure obligations, share incentive schemes, interested person transactions, significant transactions, share buybacks, director and substantial shareholder notifications, and the conduct of general meetings.

Daniel holds an LL.B. (First Class Honours) from the National University of Singapore (2017) and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2018.
