Justin Ee

Justin Ee is a Senior Associate at Harry Elias Partnership, focusing on Family Law. He acts for both local and expatriate clients and handles his clients’ personal matters compassionately and sensitively, striving for just and expedited resolutions through cost-effective solutions.

Justin has litigation experience at all levels of the Courts and has acted as lead counsel in matters heard both in the Family Court and in the Family Division of the High Court. He has also assisted clients with Court of Appeal matters.

His litigation practice encompasses all aspects of family law and divorce matters, including contested divorce proceedings, contentious child issues, maintenance claims, division of matrimonial assets involving high-net-worth parties and overseas assets, guardianship applications, international cases involving cross-border issues such as relocation and forum non conveniens, applications for Personal Protection Orders, interlocutory applications such as injunctions, striking out, discovery and interrogatories, stay of proceedings, enforcement applications, and financial matters pursuant to a foreign divorce.

In line with the Family Justice Courts’ direction towards therapeutic justice, Justin is invested in mediation, both court-directed and private, and the amicable resolution of cases whenever possible. He assists parties with negotiating out-of-court settlements for sustainable outcomes.

As a solicitor, he also advises parties on non-contentious matters such as drafting pre-nuptial agreements, post-nuptial agreements, deeds of separation, trust deeds and Wills.

He holds an LLB (2nd Upper Hons) from the University of Nottingham and is a member of the Singapore Academy of Law and The Law Society of Singapore.
