Kai Yun Wong

Kai Yun Wong is a Senior Partner in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Practice at Dentons Rodyk and Co-Head of the Family/Matrimonial Practice, specialising in family law, trusts and estate planning, and commercial litigation. She has been in legal practice for over 30 years, representing largely high-net-worth individuals with concerns over financial solutions and settlements, as well as expatriates with cross-jurisdictional issues in matrimonial matters. She also deals extensively with estate and succession planning, and acts for private banking clients in structuring trusts and other mechanisms for wealth preservation.

Kai Yun is a Fellow of the International Academy of Family Lawyers (IAFL) and the Immediate Past President of the Asia-Pacific Chapter. She is also a registered practitioner of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), an accredited Singapore Mediation Centre Mediator, a Senior Mediator with the Law Society Mediation Scheme, and a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Arbitrators and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She has been consistently recognised as a leading individual in Family/Matrimonial practice by Chambers High Net Worth, a Litigation Star in Family and Matrimonial Disputes by Benchmark Litigation Asia-Pacific, and has been named in the Citywealth Powerwomen Leaders List and the Doyle's Guide for Family & Divorce Lawyers.

Kai Yun holds an LL.B from the National University of Singapore (1994) and was called to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 1995.
