Lee Min Lau

Lee Min Lau is a Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Banking and Finance practice, specialising in Banking and Finance Law. Her practice covers mainly asset‑based financing, including a wide range of financing transactions for local and foreign banks, funds and financial institutions.

Lee Min has represented a Singapore bank in a USD 37 million secured loan for the purchase of 33 vessels, a Singapore bank in a SGD 14 million loan for the construction of three electric ferries, and a top European shipping financier in a USD 52 million loan for the purchase of three Singapore‑flagged vessels. She also handled the SGD 95 million acquisition of a shipyard and three floating docks, achieving stamp duty savings of close to SGD 1 million for the buyer. Her practice includes the sale and purchase of ships and trade finance, and she has advised on LIBOR transition and the purchase of commodities receivables and non‑performing receivables.

Lee Min holds an LL.B. (Hons) from Queen Mary University of London (2016) and a BBA (Acc) from the National University of Singapore (2013).
