Wong Kit Fei

Wong Kit Fei is a Partner at Shook Lin & Bok LLP, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, and private equity and venture capital. She advises clients on public takeovers, private acquisitions and joint ventures, as well as private equity and venture capital transactions across a range of industries.

Kit Fei has acted as lead counsel to Top Global Limited in its S$195 million divestment of all its shares in PT Suryamas Dutamakmur Tbk; to Grindrod Shipping in respect of the acquisition of its residual minority shareholding by way of a selective capital reduction scheme; and to Taylor Maritime Investments on its US$506 million voluntary offer for Grindrod Holdings. She also advised a consortium comprising Hillhouse Capital Group, HOPU Investment, Bank of China Group Investment, and Vanke Group on the US$11.6 billion private equity buyout scheme for Global Logistic Properties. She has acted for Dymon Asia Private Equity on various investments and exits in Singapore and the region, and has advised Linklogis on a joint venture to establish a digital banking business in Singapore. Her cross‑border experience includes advising Softbank Vision Fund on its investment in WeWork, Zhefu Holding Group on a US$161 million divestment of an Indonesian hydro‑power plant project, and Centre Testing International Group on its acquisition of Maritec Pte Ltd.

Kit Fei holds an LL.B (Hons, First Class) from the University of Nottingham (2014) and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2010). She was called to the Singapore Bar in 2016.

She has been recommended in Corporate and M&A by The Legal 500 Asia Pacific (2025) and was named among Singapore's Most Notable Lawyers under 40 by Singapore Business Review (2026).
