Li Chuan Hsu

Li Chuan Hsu is a Senior Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate practice group and Co-Head of the Fintech/Blockchain practice group, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. His practice encompasses corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and blockchain and distributed ledger technology, across jurisdictions including Asia-Pacific, Oceania and Europe.

Li Chuan has advised on numerous significant transactions, including advising Energy Fuels Inc. on its US$1.9 billion acquisition of VAC, acting for Ripple on its acquisition of a 40% shareholding in Tranglo Sdn Bhd, and advising Taylor's Education Group on its minority stake sale to KKR. He has also acted on multiple IPOs and listings on the SGX-ST, including All-Link Air & Sea, Soon Hock Enterprise, LMS Compliance Ltd, Alpina Holdings and Helens International. In the blockchain space, he advised on the issuance of security tokens on the iSTOX Platform, including for Mapletree Europe Income Trust, and advised TenX Pte. Ltd. on its US$80 million token sale.

Li Chuan holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2002). He is effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, and serves as the Singapore-China relationship partner.

He is recognised by Chambers FinTech as a Leading Individual for FinTech Legal (2026), and by The Legal 500 Asia-Pacific and IFLR1000 for Corporate/M&A and Capital Markets. He was listed by Asian Legal Business amongst the top 40 lawyers under 40 in 2016.
