Mao Ning

Mao Ning is an Associate Director in the Corporate & Finance practice at Drew & Napier, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. Her practice encompasses domestic and cross‑border M&A across various industries, including telecommunications, healthcare, and real estate, as well as private equity, joint ventures, and corporate reorganisations.

Mao Ning advises Singapore listed companies on compliance with listing rules and corporate actions. She has advised Pfizer Inc., as Singapore counsel, on its multi‑jurisdictional corporate restructuring projects; advised the founders of Royal Healthcare Pte. Ltd. on the sale of a majority stake to Sojitz Corporation; advised SK ecoplant Co. Ltd on its acquisition of TES‑Envirocorp at an enterprise value of US$1 billion; advised a consortium on the acquisition of a hotel in Singapore for approximately S$200 million; and advised MOL Chemical Tankers Pte. Ltd. on its acquisition of Fairfield Chemical Carriers for approximately US$400 million.

She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2019) and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2020.
