Quek Hao Zhi

Quek Hao Zhi is a Partner at Shook Lin & Bok LLP, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and venture capital. He has experience in public takeovers, private acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings across a broad range of industries.

Hao Zhi has acted for Dymon Asia Private Equity on various investments and exits, including in Mind Stretcher Group, Chye Thiam Maintenance, and Select Group; for Atome Financial on the strategic investment by Standard Chartered into Atome, including a planned US$500 million financing; for M1 Holdings on its acquisition of a majority stake in Glocomp Systems; as Singapore counsel to Séché Environnement on its S$605 million acquisition of ECO Industrial Environmental Engineering; for Top Global Limited on its S$195 million divestment of shares in PT Suryamas Dutamakmur Tbk; and for Centre Testing International Group on its acquisition of a Singapore bunker surveying company and a German automotive service provider. He also advised on the voluntary general offer for San Teh Limited and subsequent delisting, and acted for a consortium on the acquisition of a majority shareholding interest in Singapore Medical Group Ltd.

Quek Hao Zhi holds an LL.B from the National University of Singapore (2018) and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2019.
