Ann Louise Chia

Ann Louise Chia is a Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate practice, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. Her main areas of practice include general corporate, mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity, corporate reorganisations and restructuring, employment law, and corporate and commercial advisory work.

Ann has advised on numerous significant transactions, including acting for UNOAsia Pte. Ltd. on its US$32 million pre-Series B funding round (and a subsequent US$10 million additional round), advising a sportswear company on its Series A funding round of approximately US$3 million, and assisting Trax Technology Solutions on a US$19.5 million investment led by Investec Bank. She also advised on the regulatory aspects of TenX Pte. Ltd.'s initial token sale, which raised approximately US$80 million.

Ann holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Bristol (2015) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2017. She is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
