Josephine Koh

Josephine Koh is a Consultant at Dentons Rodyk and the firm's ASEAN Clients & Markets Officer, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. With more than 30 years of corporate experience, including 20 years of navigating and working in China, she has led and managed countless cross-border transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and foreign direct investment projects.

Josephine advises on complex transactional work involving extensive negotiations with parties in different jurisdictions, due diligence, and structuring across various industries, including real estate, healthcare, infrastructure and logistics. She has acted for clients such as Surbana Jurong, Wing Tai Holdings, Keppel, Mapletree, Frasers Property, CapitaLand, Changi Airports International and ComfortDelGro on cross-border investments, acquisitions and divestments in China, Southeast Asia and beyond. She is skilled in drafting, translating and negotiating both English and Chinese legal contracts.

Josephine holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (1990) and an LL.M. from Fudan University (2015). She is an Honorary Legal Advisor to the Singapore Shanghai Business Association and has lectured in Business Law at the Nanyang Business School.
