Lim Ziwei

Lim Ziwei is a Partner at Shook Lin & Bok LLP, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and corporate finance. He advises on domestic and cross‑border M&A, equity capital markets, privatisations, corporate restructurings, and securities regulation, acting for public and private companies, private equity firms, and strategic investors.

Ziwei has acted as lead counsel to Thailand's Betagro Group in its scheme take‑over of Eggriculture Foods for HK$444.38 million; as Singapore counsel for Blackrock on its acquisition of RL Shan Pte. Ltd. valued at S$103.5 million; for Alaan Pte. Ltd. in its US$48 million Series A led by Peak XV Partners; for Una Brands on its US$30 million Series B and US$15 million fundraising; for Perennial Real Estate Holdings in its S$1.6 billion voluntary conditional cash offer; and for BreadTalk Group in its S$434 million privatisation. He has also advised on the seed funding of Elevarm Technologies and Zainer Pte. Ltd., and on AEM Holdings' S$103.1 million capital raise.

Ziwei holds an LL.B (Hons) from Singapore Management University (2016) and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2017.
