Vincent Wong

Vincent Wong is an Associate Director in the Corporate & Finance practice at Drew & Napier, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. His practice encompasses M&A transactions involving public listed and privately held companies, joint ventures, investments and divestments, corporate reorganisations, and other corporate matters.

Vincent advises investors, financial sponsors, multinational corporations, public listed companies, family groups, and entrepreneurs on transactions in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Notable matters include advising SK ecoplant as Singapore counsel on its acquisition of 100% of TES, valued at approximately US$1 billion; advising an investment vehicle managed by Heliconia Capital Management on its US$200 million equity investment in Pacific International Lines; advising Evercore Asia on the S$1.6 billion merger of Frasers Commercial Trust and Frasers Logistics & Industrial Trust; advising PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur on its acquisition of PTT Mining Limited for approximately US$471 million; and advising controlling families on the disposal of shares in PT Voksel Electric Tbk for approximately US$26 million.

He holds a B.A. (Hons) from the University of Oxford (2017) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2019.
