Shu Zhen Lee

Shu Zhen Lee is a Senior Associate in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate Practice, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. Her main areas of practice encompass mergers and acquisitions and general corporate law.

Shu Zhen has acted on significant transactions, including advising AF Global Limited on its acquisition by way of scheme of arrangement, advising TKO Pte Ltd on the mandatory general cash offer for Avarga Limited, and acting for a Singapore subsidiary of one of the world's leading semiconductor foundries in a US$39.3 million joint venture dissolution and acquisition. She also advised Nanolumi Pte Ltd on a landmark public-private partnership with the Kyrgyz Republic for a national fuel marking program, and a healthcare group on the strategic acquisition of three general practitioner clinics.

Shu Zhen holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2021) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in August 2022. She is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
