Alyssa Luar

Alyssa Luar is a Senior Associate in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate Practice Group, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. Her main areas of practice include general corporate and commercial transactions and mergers and acquisitions.

Alyssa holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2022) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2023. She is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
