Lim Boon Xin is a Partner in the China Practice, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and equity capital markets. She advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, including cross‑border M&A, equity capital market transactions, and general corporate and commercial law matters.

She has extensive experience advising on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance, with a particular focus on cross‑border investments and transactions involving China and Singapore. Her practice spans both advisory and transactional work, delivering strategic legal solutions to clients across multiple sectors.

Lim Boon Xin holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
