Milton TOON

Milton Toon is a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. He advises small and medium-sized enterprises, Singapore Exchange listed companies, multinational corporations and private equity firms in a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions. He has extensive experience in private and public M&A, joint ventures and private equity investments.

Milton graduated from the University of Nottingham with an LL.B. (Hons) and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
