Seraphina Ho

Seraphina Ho is a Director in the Corporate & Finance practice at Drew & Napier, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring. She advises both publicly listed and private companies on complex transaction structures.

Seraphina has acted for multinational corporations, public listed companies, private equity funds, and ultra-high net worth individuals on cross-border transactions across technology, cybersecurity, telecommunications, consumer markets, and healthcare. Her practice also covers general corporate law, employment law, and corporate governance matters.

She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2012) and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2013.
