Teoh Sze Min

Teoh Sze Min is a Partner at Allen & Gledhill LLP, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), joint ventures, corporate restructuring, employment law, and general commercial contracts. She regularly advises multinational corporates, private equity funds, and late-stage start-ups on a broad spectrum of corporate transactions, including domestic and cross-border share and business transfers, joint ventures, and funding rounds.

She acted for Grab in its acquisition of Uber's Southeast Asian assets in 2018, which was awarded M&A Deal of the Year (Premium) at the ALB SE Asia Law Awards 2019 and M&A Deal of the Year: Southeast Asia at The Asian Lawyer Asia Legal Awards 2019. She has also advised Grab on various bolt-on acquisitions leading up to its listing on NASDAQ through a De-SPAC transaction. She advised the Singapore Government on the S$9 billion expansion of the integrated resorts in Singapore in 2019, acted for Sembcorp in connection with its S$168 million acquisition of a 50% stake in Senoko Energy, and advised Viet Thai and Jollibee on their US$350 million acquisition of The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.

She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2005) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2006. She is recognised as a Thought Leader in Southeast Asia by Lexology Index for 2023, 2024 and 2025.
