Julian Ho

Julian Ho is a Partner at Allen & Gledhill, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, private equity, and corporate restructuring. He represents corporate clients on domestic and cross‑border transactions, with a particular focus on M&A and private equity and venture capital transactions, regularly acting for financial and strategic investors and high‑growth companies in their investments, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

Julian has advised on a wide range of complex transactions, including representing clients across technology, healthcare, and consumer sectors. He has been a member of the core working group for the development of the Venture Capital Investment Model Agreements (VIMA) since its establishment in 2018, and has spent time on secondment with Fenwick & West LLP in Silicon Valley, where he worked with technology and emerging companies on corporate transactional matters and venture capital financings.

Julian holds an LL.B. (Hons) from Singapore Management University and was called to the Singapore Bar in 2013. He joined Allen & Gledhill in 2018.
