Alvin Leu

Alvin Leu is an Associate in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate Practice Department, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. His areas of practice include equity capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate commercial transactions.

Alvin's extended areas of practice also include regulatory compliance and transactions in FinTech-related matters, particularly those concerning blockchain technology, virtual currencies and payment services.

Alvin holds an LL.B. (Hons) from Singapore Management University (2023). He is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
