Marian Ho

Marian Ho is a Senior Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate practice and Co-Head of the Mergers & Acquisitions practice, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. She has broad experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, strategic alliances, share and business acquisitions and divestitures, as well as corporate restructurings.

Marian has advised on numerous significant transactions, including the S$880 million acquisition of Loyang Valley by a SingHaiyi-led consortium, the US$2.45 billion multi-jurisdictional divestment of Revvity's businesses to New Mountain Capital (which involved 37 jurisdictions), and the Elec & Eltek International Company Limited delisting from the SGX-ST valued at approximately US$435 million. She has also acted for a private equity investor in a US$5 million investment into the drone technology sector and advised on the voluntary takeover of Global Premium Hotels Limited valued at up to S$383.98 million.

Marian holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (1990). She is an Acritas Star Lawyer (since 2017) and is recognised by IFLR1000 as a Notable Practitioner in M&A and by Asialaw as a Distinguished Practitioner in Real Estate.
