CHIANG Yuan Bo

Chiang Yuan Bo is a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice at WongPartnership, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). He advises clients on a broad range of public and private M&A transactions, as well as general corporate and commercial matters across multiple sectors.

He has extensive experience in complex corporate transactions, including cross‑border M&A, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings, providing strategic legal counsel to clients across a range of industries. His practice spans both transactional advisory and regulatory compliance matters, delivering commercially focused legal solutions.

He holds a First Class Honours LL.B. from the National University of Singapore, where he was awarded the Law Society of Singapore Book Prize, the Oxford University Press Law Prize, and subject prizes for legal analysis, writing and research, and torts. He is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
