Mark has advised on numerous landmark transactions, including Sunright Limited on its disposal of KEST Systems' factory building for NT$188 million; TKO Pte Ltd on its S$108 million unconditional mandatory general cash offer for Avarga Limited; a Singapore subsidiary of one of the world's leading semiconductor foundries on a US$39.3 million joint venture dissolution and manufacturing arrangement; Razer on its acquisition of Interhaptics (Go Touch VR SAS) in France; and The Straits Trading Company on its S$217.9 million distribution in specie. He also advised state-owned enterprises including PetroChina, State Grid Corporation of China, Sinopec, China Merchants, COFCO, and PRC sovereign wealth funds on cross-border acquisitions across Asia, Europe, and South America.
