LING Pei Lih

Ling Pei Lih is a Partner in the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice at WongPartnership, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). Her main areas of practice are mergers and acquisitions, covering both public and private transactions, and general corporate and commercial transactions.

She has experience advising clients on complex M&A deals, including public and private acquisitions, divestitures, and corporate restructurings, as well as general corporate and commercial matters. She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
