Natalie Chen

Natalie Chen is a Senior Associate in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate Practice Department, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. She advises on domestic and international transactions, with a focus on cross‑border mergers and acquisitions, venture financings, restructurings, joint ventures and general transactional deals.

Natalie has acted on numerous significant transactions, including leading the due diligence and negotiations for Far East Drug in its successful competitive bid to acquire Fullerton Health, acting for Templewater in its acquisition of a majority stake in OncoCare Medical and Novena Heart Centre, and representing Horangi in its acquisition by Bitdefender. She has also acted for NTUC Enterprise in the sale of MoneyOwl to Temasek Trust, advised a government‑linked logistics giant on a US$62 million cross‑continental sale, and acted as Singapore counsel for a global fintech unicorn in a US$500 million Series A investment.

Natalie holds an LL.B. (Hons) from The University of Nottingham (2014) and was admitted to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2016. She started her career in disputes work before moving to corporate law in 2019. She is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
