Audrey CHNG

Audrey Chng is the Deputy Head of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A). She advises clients on public and private M&A transactions, general corporate and commercial matters, and has particular expertise in REIT-related transactions for fund and asset management companies.

She has been recognised by Chambers Asia‑Pacific as “highly competent, diligent, very hard working and reliable.” She holds an LL.B. from the National University of Singapore, where she was awarded the Aw Boon Haw and Aw Boon Par Memorial Prize for the Best Student at the Postgraduate Law Course. She is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
