Samantha Ang

Samantha Ang is an Associate at A&O Shearman in Singapore, focusing on Mergers and Acquisitions. She has experience in both public and private mergers and acquisitions, and private equity, as well as experience in general corporate and employment matters.

Samantha has cross-border corporate M&A experience, including drafting and reviewing a wide range of key transactional and general corporate documents, and conducting and coordinating local and cross-border legal due diligence.

She is Singapore law qualified and, prior to joining A&O Shearman, worked at a leading Singapore law firm.

She holds an LLB (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (2021) and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of Singapore in 2022.
