Chee Jun Leong

Chee Jun Leong is an Associate in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate Practice Group, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. His practice encompasses general corporate and commercial transactions, M&A, joint ventures and private equity investments across various sectors.

Chee Jun has acted on a range of significant transactions, including the S$880 million en bloc acquisition of Loyang Valley by a consortium led by SingHaiyi Group, advising a private equity investor on a US$5 million equity investment in the drone technology sector, and assisting a Japanese-listed construction company in its acquisition of a Singapore-based construction and fit‑out company. He has also advised a ministry of the Government of Singapore on the tender process for the appointment of Outsourced Chief Investment Officers for a S$1.3 billion superannuation fund.

Chee Jun holds a Juris Doctor (Cum Laude) from Singapore Management University (2024), where he was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2026. Prior to his legal career, he obtained a Bachelor of Science in Sports Management from New York University (2015) and worked in the sports and entertainment industry. He is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
