Cheryn Yeow

Cheryn Yeow is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Practice at Dentons Rodyk, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and corporate law. She advises clients on corporate transactions, capital raisings, and general commercial matters, with a focus on start-ups and growth-stage companies.

Cheryn has advised clients on a wide range of employment matters, including enforceability of restraint clauses, termination, and retrenchment exercises. She has also assisted a global insurance broker with contract reviews, regulatory compliance, and due diligence across Asia, and has advised various clients on capital raising documents, including term sheets, subscription agreements, and shareholders' agreements.

Cheryn holds an LL.B from Singapore Management University (2021) and was called to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 2022.
