Pearlene Han

Pearlene Han is a Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate practice, specialising in Mergers and Acquisitions. Her main areas of practice include corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate commercial transactions.

Pearlene has acted on public and private corporate and commercial transactions, including cross-border M&A, listings on the SGX-ST, capital reduction exercises, and joint ventures across sectors including healthcare and construction. She has acted as issuer's counsel for IPOs and reverse takeovers, advised on exchange offers and bond issuances, and assisted international banks with asset financing facilities for global maritime groups.

Pearlene holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Leeds and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2018.
