Woon Ee Tang

Woon Ee Tang is a Senior Partner in the Real Estate Practice Group at Dentons Rodyk and Co-Head of the Collective Sales Practice, specialising in real estate law, collective sales, and property transactions. She advises on all aspects of real estate work including collective sales, leasing, securitisation, acquisition and disposal of properties, mortgage financing, and project development. She also advises high-net-worth individuals on asset protection, estate and succession planning, wealth management, and trusts.

Woon Ee has represented property owners in numerous landmark collective sale projects, including Farrer Court (Singapore's largest collective sale at S$1.3388 billion), Rio Casa (S$575 million), Hillcourt at Cairnhill Road (S$361 million), and many others. She has advised on major acquisitions including The Clementi Mall for S$809 million, Kinex shopping mall for S$375 million, Changi City Point for S$338 million, and Keypoint for S$360 million. She has also acted for ST Engineering on a S$95 million shipyard acquisition, the Singapore Institute of Management on a S$49 million property sale, and various developers on Government Land Sales site acquisitions and project developments. She was consulted by the Ministry of Law on amendments to the laws governing collective sales in 2007 and 2009.

Woon Ee holds an LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (1992) and was called to the Singapore Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in 1993.

She has been consistently recognised as a Recommended Lawyer in Real Estate by The Legal 500 Asia-Pacific and has been recognised in Real Estate Law by Best Lawyers in Singapore.
