Cornelia FONG

Cornelia Fong is a Partner in the Corporate Real Estate Practice at WongPartnership, specialising in real estate law and property development. She has extensive experience in all aspects of property‑related work, including sales and purchases, development work, mortgages, mortgagees' sales, and tenancy matters.

Cornelia has acted for major property developers in their purchase of residential sites and subsequent sale of units in mixed and residential development projects across Singapore, including condominiums, apartments, semi‑detached and detached houses. She also advises landlords and tenants on leases of residential and commercial premises, and represents banks in mortgagees' sales, drafting and reviewing auction terms, tender and other sale and purchase documentation, as well as in en‑bloc purchases of properties.

Cornelia holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Nottingham and is admitted to the Singapore Bar. She is recognised in Real Estate Law by Best Lawyers.
