Angela LIM

Angela Lim is a Partner in the Corporate Real Estate Practice, specialising in real estate law. She advises on commercial, industrial and residential property transactions, real estate disposals and acquisitions, real estate investment trusts (REITs), tenders and government land sales, property development, real estate financing, syndication, securitisation, leasing, joint ventures, commercial contracts, and property regulatory and advisory work.

Her practice spans the full spectrum of property-related corporate transactions and investment work, providing strategic legal counsel to clients across the real estate sector. She has deep expertise in complex real estate transactions, including large-scale developments, cross-border investments, and REIT listings.

Angela holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and an LL.M. from University College London, University of London. She is admitted to the Singapore Bar and to the Roll of Solicitors of England & Wales. She is recognised in Real Estate Law in Best Lawyers.
