Adon Tan

Adon Tan is a Counsel in the Corporate Real Estate Practice at Allen & Gledhill LLP, specialising in Real Estate Law. His practice focuses on real estate acquisitions and divestments, collective sale transactions, commercial and industrial redevelopment projects, and real estate financing. He regularly acts for publicly listed developers, multinational corporations, private property groups, joint venture consortiums, and REIT managers in the acquisition, development, financing, and sale of residential, commercial, and mixed‑use projects, including major Government Land Sale sites.

He has acted for property developers in their acquisition of Government Land Sale sites and in collective sale acquisitions, including Amber Park, Katong Park Towers, Tulip Garden, Golden Mile Complex, Meyer Park, Delfi Orchard, and Thomson View. He has also advised on the development and sale of numerous development projects in Singapore, including complex mixed‑use development sites such as Sengkang Grand Residences, CanningHill Piers, and Parktown Residence. He advises major developers and REIT managers on asset enhancement initiatives and redevelopment projects, and has acted for the manager of Parkway Life REIT in the renewal of master lease agreements for Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Gleneagles Hospital, and Parkway East Hospital. He also advises statutory boards on land transactions and project development documentation.

Adon holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2017. He has served as Associate Faculty at the Singapore University of Social Sciences since 2020 and has tutored the Principles of Law for Real Estate module at the National University of Singapore, School of Business (2021‑2022).
