Nadia Cardoz

Nadia Cardoz is a Partner in Dentons Rodyk's Corporate Real Estate practice, specialising in Real Estate Law. She represents major property developers in the purchase of sites for redevelopment and the subsequent sale of units in their developments, including condominiums, residential developments with commercial components, and cluster housing across Singapore. She also represents major banks and financial institutions in financing transactions and mortgagees' sales.

Nadia has extensive experience in collective sales, including the landmark S$1.3388 billion sale of Farrer Court, one of Singapore's largest collective sale transactions. She has acted for developers including Sim Lian Land, CEL Development, Far East Organisation, Guocoland Group, Allgreen Properties and Roxy Pacific Holdings, and advises landlords and tenants on leases of residential and commercial premises, office buildings and shopping malls including UOB Plaza and Raffles City. She also advises on regulatory matters before the Controller of Housing and Land Dealings and the Strata Titles Board.

Nadia holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Leicester (1998) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Singapore Law (1999).

She is recognised in Best Lawyers in Singapore for Real Estate Law (2023–2026) and by The Legal 500 Asia-Pacific.
