David Lui

David Lui is a Senior Associate in Dentons Rodyk's Real Estate Practice, specialising in Real Estate Law. His practice focuses on corporate real estate, including the sale and acquisition of retail, industrial, residential and commercial properties, real estate aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions, leasing of commercial properties, dealings with government agencies on change of use and land lot amalgamation, and acting for residential developers across the full project cycle.

David has acted on significant transactions, including advising Daiwa House Industry Co., Ltd on the acquisition of the Storbest Group, a cold chain logistics group in Singapore, advising Boustead Projects on the acquisition of 28, 30 Bideford Road for approximately S$515 million, and acting for Wywy Development on the sale of 73 units in Crown at Robinson for nearly S$260 million. He has also acted for real estate investment funds on the divestment of shophouse portfolios and advised residential housing developers on extension of time matters under the COVID-19 (Temporary Measures) Act.

David holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the University of Bristol (2017). He is a member of the Law Society of Singapore and the Singapore Academy of Law.
