Tan Teck Howe is the Deputy Head of the Corporate Real Estate Practice and a Partner in the Myanmar Practice at WongPartnership, specialising in real estate law. His main practice areas include sales and purchases of properties, property regulatory and advisory work, property investment and management, property development, leases, and property‑related commercial contracts. He advises property developers and investors, property funds, private equity funds, REITs, hospitality companies, business space providers, multinationals, government authorities, and academic institutions.

He is recognised as a leading real estate practitioner by Chambers Asia‑Pacific, where clients have praised his ability to liaise internally and negotiate with opposing counsel, describing him as a "trustworthy lawyer with in‑depth knowledge of his field." He graduated from Mansfield College, Oxford with a Bachelor of Arts in Jurisprudence, and is admitted to the Singapore Bar.
