Lim Mei Ann

Lim Mei Ann is a Partner in the Corporate Real Estate Practice at Allen & Gledhill LLP, specialising in Real Estate Law. Her practice includes acquisitions and divestments of commercial, retail, industrial and hospitality properties, structuring mixed developments, joint developments, built‑to‑suit leases, and data centre transactions. Her clients include REITs, private and listed companies, property developers, investment funds, and data centre players.

She has advised Singapore Telecommunications Limited on the redevelopment of its Comcentre headquarters, and acted for the Manager of ESR‑LOGOS REIT in the divestment of a portfolio of five logistics assets in Singapore. She acted for Mercatus Co‑operative Limited in the divestment of Jurong Point and Swing By @ Thomson Plaza for an aggregate purchase consideration of approximately S$2.16 billion, and for Lendlease Global Commercial REIT in the acquisition of JEM for approximately S$2.08 billion and the acquisition of 313@somerset for S$1.003 billion. She also advised CapitaLand Investment Limited on the divestment of a Grade A office building in Singapore’s central business district, acted for Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust in the divestment of 60 Anson Road for S$775 million, and advised Soilbuild Group Holdings Limited and its controlling shareholder in a $900 million acquisition of all the issued units in Soilbuild Business Space REIT by way of a Trust Scheme of Arrangement.

Mei Ann holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore (1994) and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1995.
