Hoo Sheau Farn

Hoo Sheau Farn is a Partner in the Corporate Real Estate Practice at Allen & Gledhill LLP, specialising in Real Estate Law. Her practice focuses on property acquisitions and divestments, leasing, and real estate investment transactions across commercial, industrial, and healthcare assets.

She has advised property funds on acquisitions of real properties in Singapore and the region, multinational corporations on the acquisition and leasing of commercial and industrial buildings, and government‑linked corporations on the acquisition and divestment of real properties. Her clients include private and public companies, multinational corporations, private equity property funds, government‑linked corporations, statutory bodies, and banks. She is recognised by IFLR1000 as a “Notable Practitioner” in real estate acquisitions and is ranked as “Recommended” in Lexology Index for real estate.

She holds an LL.B. (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and was called to the Singapore Bar in 1990. She joined Allen & Gledhill in 2001 and is fluent in English and Chinese.
